This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of products using the Fleet Shyp platform. Because Fleet Shyp is a courier aggregator, we facilitate the shipping process by connecting merchants with third-party logistics providers. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Our Shipping Partners

Through our single, integrated dashboard, we provide merchants access to a wide network of reliable courier partners. Your shipments will be handled by top-tier logistics providers, which include but are not limited to:

  • Blue Dart
  • Delhivery
  • Xpressbees
  • Amazon Shipping
  • Ekart
  • DTDC
  • Shadowfax
  • All courier options on service list

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your orders are calculated in real-time and displayed on your dashboard before you process a shipment. Rates depend on the selected courier partner, the weight and dimensions of the package, the shipping origin, and the destination. Fleet Shyp strives to provide highly competitive rates across all our partner networks.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

Order Confirmation/Tracking Estimated Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Post-pickup, please allow 15-20 business days for standard delivery, depending on your location.

Merchant Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for safely packing the products, printing the shipping labels generated via the Fleet Shyp dashboard, and keeping the packages ready for pickup.
Pickup:Pickup times depend on the selected courier partner. While we ensure seamless scheduling through our platform, the physical pickup and transit times are governed by the respective courier's operational schedules.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once a package is handed over to the courier partner, a tracking number is automatically generated and updated on your dashboard. Both you and your end customers can track the shipment's progress in real-time until it is successfully delivered.

5. Return to Origin (RTO) and Non-Delivery

We actively work with our merchants to improve delivery success rates.

RTO Management: Our platform features and dedicated account managers are designed to help optimize your shipping processes and reduce RTO rates by up to 30%.
Undelivered Packages: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the courier partner will initiate an RTO. Return shipping charges may apply based on the specific courier partner’s policies.

6. Damages, Losses, and Claims

As an aggregator, Fleet Shyp acts as a technology bridge between the merchant and the logistics provider.

  • We do not take physical possession of the shipments.
  • In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package, the liability lies primarily with the selected courier partner.
  • Fleet Shyp will assist merchants in raising claims and disputes with the courier partners through our support channels, subject to the partner's maximum liability clauses and insurance terms.

7. Restricted and Prohibited Items

Merchants must strictly adhere to the restricted and prohibited items list provided by our courier partners. Shipping illegal, hazardous, flammable, or otherwise banned substances is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action by the authorities or courier partners.
